    What is autoimmunity?

    Before you can start the healing process, you need to understand what autoimmunity is.  This week you'll learn about the roll your immune system plays in autoimmunity.   You will also learn about the different types of autoimmune diseases and how autoimmunity affects millions of people world worldwide.  The concept of "clean eating" is introduced in this module.

    What causes autoimmunity?

    Some believe it's genetic and that your genes are your destiny.  We now know that it's not necessarily true or that simple and that there are various other factors that cause autoimmunity.  In this module you'll learn what causes autoimmunity. You will also learn about the role inflammation, food allergies and food sensitivities play.

    Introduction of the food lists

    Relationships are one of the leading causes of stress and as you know by now, stress plays such an important role in autoimmunity.  In this module you will assess your current relationships and identify areas that prevent you from being healthy.

    Reintroduction of food - week 1

    By now you've been living "clean" for more than 2 months.  In this module you will learn how to reintroduce food back into your diet.  This is the first of 5 weeks of reintroductions.

    This is the second of 5 weeks where you will be reintroducing food back into your diet.
