The Art of Undieting Life Cycle

Phases 1 (Reset) and 2 (Reintroduce) of the program is referred to as "the 8-week challenge".  The 8-week challenge is designed to kick-start your health journey and provide you with the much needed motivation and accountability as well as support system to ensure that you successfully complete the first 8 weeks of the program.  Most people walk away with a sense of achievement and the knowledge of what the perfect eating plan for their unique needs look like.  Towards the end of the 8-week challenge you enter Phase 3, the Rebalance phase of the journey.​  This is where you find balance and start experiencing food freedom.
